You sent me a temporary username and password when I purchased, now I have received another username and password - what do I do with it?

If you downloaded the full version with the temporary username and password, you can just put the replacement username and password in place of the temporary, and you will be good to go.

Open the NOD32 Control center, then click the update button - now click setup - replace the username and password you have with the one you just received.

However - if you are running the TRIAL version - you will need to uninstall the trial, then install the FULL version - then input your username and password as supplied by us (the second one you received - not the temporary).

Our company policy is to issue a temporary that can be used to install the FULL and final version of NOD32, so that those that have reached the end of their trial period are able to get full protection as soon as possible - ie, if the trial expires and an update is available, you can't get it unless you are able to install the full version and download the updates - the temporary username and password enables this. It also provides cover immediately for those that place orders in the middle of the night, or over long weekends etc.
