How can I specify where my SPAM messages are stored?
The Antispam module protects users from unsolicited email messages by automatically deleting or redirecting them to a designated email folder. To choose an existing folder or create a new folder for this purpose, follow the steps below:
1. Open ESET Smart Security by clicking the icon in your Windows system tray or by clicking Start → All Programs → Eset → ESET Smart Security.
2. Toggle to Advanced mode by pressing Ctrl + M on your keyboard. In the left column, click Setup and then Antispam module.
3. Click Advanced Antispam protection setup at the bottom of the Antispam module window. The ESET Smart Security Setup window will appear.

4. Select the Use this folder check box, and enter a name for the folder where your spam messages are to be directed, such as Deleted Items or Junk E-mail. In the example below, we have created a new folder named SPAM (See Fig. 1-2). Click OK.

5. If the folder you created does not yet exist in Microsoft Outlook, Eset Smart Security will automatically create it once the first spam message is received (See Fig. 1-3 below).

From this point forward, all email messages which are automatically designated by ESET Smart Security as spam, and all messages you manually designate, will be filtered to this folder.
