General/Renewing
When trying to purchase a renewal or upgrade, I am prompted to enter my old username - how do I find this?
Your old username was something you were assigned when you first made the purchase. Find this information using the steps below.
1. Open the NOD32 control center. This can be found be clicking on the Start Menu, going to All Programs, clicking on ESET, and then clicking on the NOD32 Control Center.

2. Click on Update, then click on Username and Password setup. ((For NOD32 version 2.7, you will need to click the arrow next to the word Update, then Update again, then click on Setup))

Or for ESET Smart Security and ESET NOD32 Antivirus Version 3 -

3. Your username should be visible under the box marked User Name.

If you cannot access your information this way, you can also use our lost password feature, available below.
