Where can I get my username from?

If you are a registered user, you should have received your username and password shortly after purchase. For proper update functioning, the username and password must be entered correctly in the Update setup panel in NOD32 Control Center. To open up the panel, please follow these steps:

1. double-click the white-green icon in the right-hand corner of your screen (system tray)
2. click Update in the Update section



3. in the right pane, click Setup





4. select the username (e.g. using mouse) and copy it to clipboard by pressing Ctrl+C at the same time



5. Place the cursor into the Username box in the form and press Ctrl+V at the same time to paste it
