2. If your username and password are not accepted in the software, please make sure that:

    • Check you have the entered your username and password correctly with our spaces and note… (they are case-sensitive)


Need your software username and password to renew?

Open the software and on your keypad do ‘CTRL + u’ at the same time. The username and password fields will appear in the box on your screen.

  • Also please be sure to download the correct product and double check that you have the correct version. Remember there is a ‘Home’ version & ‘Business’ version of most products.
